Long time never play handball, today play handball during PE I hurt my back. And my back start to ache.... Pain!!!! I walk just I was a an eighty year old lady.

Another incident happen on me too. Just now I went to the toilet, as I was going to switch on the light. I get electric shock, my hand numb for a very long time. Today is Bad! Bad! Bad Day for me........!!!!!!
